Worldwide returns

We hope you love your MERABI, however, if it's not quite right you can send it back to us for a refund.

To receive a refund:
  • We must receive the item/s back to us within 14 days  of the date you received your order.
  • You must ensure that your return is in perfect condition and has all tags in place.
  • All returns postage costs, including any duty and taxes (if applicable), need to be prepaid.
Please note, refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receipt at our HQ. 

Please visit the  Returns Manager to request a refund.

Please note when using our Returns Portal you will need a printer for your label. Please attach this to the front of your package ready for drop off or collection.

Our portal will always offer you the cheapest rate,
however, you can return your items back to us via a chosen courier/postal service, we advise you to use a trackable service as we are not liable for any items lost in transit.
