Nadine Merabi Paris Event
1. These terms and conditions relate to the Promotor’s prize draw in connection with its Paris Fashion Week event to be held on 2 October 2026 (“Event”).
2. The prize draw is open to all UK and EU (except Belgium and Poland) residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
3. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
4. To enter the prize draw you must do the following:
4.1. Like the Promotor’s promotional post relating to the Event (“Post”).
4.2. Tag in the Post a friend (with their permission) that you would take.
4.3. Share the Post on your Story.
5. Only one entry per person is permitted.
6. The opening date for entries is 18:00 BST on 23 September 2026. The closing date of the prize draw is 18:00 BST on 25th September 2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries which are not completed for any reason.
8. There will be one winner and the winner will be chosen by random draw [performed by a computer process OR supervised by an independent person] on 25 September 2026.
9. The winner will receive flights, accommodation and transfers to and from the Event (arranged by the Promotor) for the winner and their friend, plus an outfit from the Promotor' website for each of the winner and their friend up to the retail value of £500 each, subject to the following conditions:
9.1. Flights - The flights will be booked for the winner’s nearest airport and the friend must travel with the winner. The outbound flight will be booked for the morning of Friday 2nd October 2026 and return flight will be booked for Saturday 3rd October. Airlines, flight times and flight class will be selected by the Promotor at their sole discretion. The winner and their friend must ensure that they keep the entire date free to ensure they are able to catch the flight that has been booked. No changes will possible for the flights.
9.2. Accommodation – one room with breakfast will be organised and paid for at accommodation in Paris, by the promotor (at their sole discretion). The winner and their friend will be required to share the room and there will be no separate room for the friend. The accommodation will have a minimum rating of 4 stars.
9.3. Transfers – transfers will be organised and paid for by the Promotor from the winner’s address to the airport (this location is where both the winner and their friend must be collected), from the airport to the Accommodation in Paris, and to and from the Accommodation and the Event. The type of vehicle will be decided solely by the Promotor at their discretion.
9.4. Outfit – a gift code will be provided to the winner and their friend to purchase an outfit from the Promotor’s website. The outfit must be selected from the Promotor’s website and the price must not exceed £500 per outfit. No cash alternative will be provided.
9.5. Upon being informed that they have won, the winner should notify the Promotor of any reasonable adjustments that may need to be made in relation to any of the bookings mentioned as part of the prize (both for themselves and their friend).
9.6. Other than as stated above, nothing else will be provided. For the avoidance of doubt no spending money will be provided and the winner and their friend will be required to pay for their own subsistence including food and beverage (except breakfast provided with the accommodation and gratuitous food and beverages that are provided at the event).
10. The winner will be notified on Instagram by direct message from the official Nadine Merabi account on Friday 25 October 2026 before 18:00 BST and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter by midnight 11.59 pm on Friday 25 October 2026, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
11. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
12. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
13. The Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails pr@nadinemerabi.com or writes to Suite 1a, Floor 1 Statham House, Lancastrian Office Centre, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester, England, M32 0FP within one month after the Closing Date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
14. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
16. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
17. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Policy. See also condition 13 with regard to the announcement of winners.
18. Instagram is not responsible for administering this promotion and in no way endorses or sponsors it. In entering this Promotion you agree that Instagram shall have no liability to you in connection with it.
19. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by the law of England and Wales. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
