NADINE MERABI took London Fashion Week by storm this year with our dazzling debut collection for AW22. An all-out celebration of femininity, empowerment and party season extravagance, our catwalk show created plenty of memorable MERABI moments. Here’s a recap of our favourite London Fashion Week looks from our own show and beyond.
AW22 London Fashion Week looks
The dominant theme of this year’s AW22 collections is one of all-out celebration. We’re living for the party season trends that made a huge splash on the catwalks. Think lashings of sequins, luxurious feather trims, sparkling embellishments, delicate satin and lace detailing, and oversized blazers. This season’s on-trend colour is fuchsia, which turned heads everywhere from Valentino to our own debut MERABI collection.
Other trending London Fashion Week looks included the return of the babydoll dress, as seen at Simone Rocha and Bora Aksu. Y2K continued to influence with flesh-flashing micro minis, low-rises, playful sheer elements, and sliced cut-outs, spotted at Poster Girl and Miu Miu. Americana was a big hit with the likes of Commission and Charles Jeffrey Loverboy, while opera gloves and light tights were the must-have accessories on view.
NADINE MERABI at LFW
For our first London Fashion Week, MERABI took over the Battersea Arts Centre on Wednesday 12 October, to showcase our dazzling AW22 collection as part of the London Fashion Week City Wide Show. Under the watchful gaze of the fashion glitterati – including Daisy Lowe, Portia Freeman and Sophie Herrman – we unveiled our glamorous new collection, which is an all-out celebration of confidence, empowerment, energy and fun!
Captivating the catwalk with 66 bold, playful looks, our AW22 collection captures the season's big themes. Think sequins, feather trims, shimmering embellishments, oversized blazers and hot pink… LOTS of it! Not to mention glittering gold, emerald, sapphire, brilliant white and timeless black. At their essence, this season’s looks are all about celebrating our regained freedom with a much-needed dose of glitz and glamour.

1. GIGI Green Dress
The GIGI Green Dress is everything a party dress should be. Elegance personified, this shimmering aquamarine dress is all business on top, with its constructed shoulders, conservative neckline and long sleeves, and party down below, with a leg-flaunting mini cut and floor-length drape. With sequins galore giving this stunning dress an iridescent blue-green sheen, all eyes will be on you when you glide in wearing this number.
2. Kendal Gold Dress
The Kendal Gold Dress is fun with a capital ‘F’! All that glitters is gold, and that’s certainly the case with this playful mini dress. This show-stopping piece combines two core London Fashion Week looks, sequins and XL fringing, to create one celestial creation. This stunning mini dress is a constellation of hand-embellished gold sequins, finished with a playful gold trim that’s sure to put some extra sass in your sashay!
3. LEONA Pink Jacket
Of course, no preview of our AW22 collection would be complete without a splash of the season-defining colour of the moment: fuchsia! The LEONA Pink Jacket is giving us life with its fabulous feather exterior and silky smooth satin lining. Which means it’s just as gorgeous on the inside as it is on the outside. Sound familiar? We guarantee you’re going to make plenty of MERABI moments with the stunning LEONA on your arm.
4. LOTTIE Teal Dress
One of our favourite London Fashion Week looks has to be the LOTTIE Teal Dress. While LOTTIE is no newcomer to the MERABI family, she certainly took LFW by storm. Tantalising in teal, this lavish mini dress is primed for party season. From the individually hand-embellished teal crystal waterfall beading to the teal feather hemline and flat beaded panelling that gives the illusion of a cinched waist, LOTTIE’s got it all.
5. TIA Blue Jumpsuit
Of course, it wouldn’t be MERABI without a joyful jumpsuit thrown into the mix! And they don’t come more joyous than TIA in blue. Embellished with beaded sequins and finished with feather-trimmed cuffs and a flared trouser, this incredible jumpsuit looks all the more mesmerising in sapphire blue. TIA’s a party girl through and through. So don’t be surprised if you spend all night on the dancefloor every time you’re together!
