MERABI just feels like magic, internally and externally… Nobody really does it like us.
No two days at MERABI are the same. I might be planning our next campaign, styling collections, selecting models, curating social content, signing off with Nadine, or collaborating with our flagship team on visual merchandising, and that’s barely scratching the surface. Everything I do is customer-facing, so every detail must showcase the brand exactly as we envision it. I’m inspired by fashion, our MERABI community, and the world around me. Every outfit has a story, a memory and helps bring our customers out of their comfort zone.
Fashion is a fantasy, and if I can transport someone into that world, even for a moment, I know I’m doing my job. MERABI stands out because the product is iconic, and the team’s creative, bold, and hardworking approach ensures it always shines. Fashion is fun, but doing it with this team? That’s pure MERABI Magic.

Job Title: Sample Machinist/Pattern Maker

“What I love most about being part of the MERABI story is knowing that my work contributes to making women feel celebrated and empowered all over the world.”
I work closely with the design team and pattern cutters to bring Nadine’s ideas to life: drafting patterns, cutting, sewing, embroidering, and fitting styles for both our team and celebrities ahead of special events. Every piece is crafted with care, precision, and attention to detail, from the very first sample to the final fitting.
The level of craftsmanship in each design is impressive, and each silhouette is carefully perfected to celebrate and flatter women’s bodies. What truly makes it special is how wearing MERABI makes women feel confident, elegant, and celebrated in their own skin. Being part of such a passionate, sparkling, and fearless team inspires me daily, and I feel proud to play a role in bringing Nadine’s vision to life.
Samantha
Job title: Senior Acquisition Manager

I oversee performance marketing across social platforms, search, affiliates, and CRM. Everything I do connects directly with our MERABI community, ensuring every touchpoint celebrates the brand and inspires women to find the perfect piece.
MERABI Magic, for me, is in the details. The hidden pockets on dresses, the styles that are designed to be stepped into, so you don’t ruin your hair and makeup. It really is the small things that make the biggest difference.
Looking back at the last couple of years, the brand has really transformed at a rapid pace, with all the different teams working towards establishing MERABI as a fashion icon. The story so far has been amazing to see, and it’s exciting to be part of what’s to come.

As PR & Partnerships Executive at MERABI, my role is all about amplifying the brand and building meaningful connections. I bring MERABI Magic to life by telling stories that go beyond clothes. By spotlighting how our pieces transform moments, making women feel glamorous, powerful, and celebrated.
From joining MERABI straight from high school as a Digital Marketing Apprentice at 16 years old I have grown and achieved so much with the brand in the last 3 years. From dressing my favourite celebrities to getting two pages in British Vogue Magazine, and endless press features has been a whirlwind of a dream career for me. At the end of my apprenticeship, I was promoted to PR & Partnerships Executive. I am so proud to work for MERABI and thankful for the most supportive team to work with.
TIANNA
Job Title: Social Media Manager

“You can see someone wearing an outfit from across the street and know straight away ‘that’s a MERABI.’”
I look after our social channels, from Instagram to TikTok, content to captions. I love seeing how MERABI becomes part of women’s most important moments whenever we’re tagged, that’s really what it’s all about. Sharing these moments, from the brand, our followers, or even Nadine herself, helps remind women that they deserve to feel celebrated and empowered. Nadine’s story inspires women to know it’s okay to do things differently, to follow their own path.
MERABI magic is collaboration and celebration. Working with such a fun, exciting, and motivating team, and seeing how wearing MERABI makes women feel their best, is honestly the best part of my role. There’s nothing quite like the MERABI sparkle, nothing shines the way the KIRA suit does.
CAITLIN
Job title: Designer and Product Developer

“MERABI magic means creating something which makes everyone, anywhere feel special.”
I work very closely with Nadine and the design team from initial concept to final product. The office is always full of exciting trims and fabrics, and I love turning these into something amazing and inclusive. We always aspire to create something new and something we’ve never done before. I enjoy collecting feedback from team members to ensure each style is even more amazing than the last.
Our styles are designed with the MERABI customer at their heart. They are more than just a product, they are a feeling of confidence and glamour.
The MERABI community is so amazing. I love scrolling through our tagged images on Instagram and seeing so many fabulous people wearing MERABI to special celebrations.
