Where the Global Talent Apprentice fits:

The successful candidate will work within the Talent Team and will support with getting MERABI on the coolest and most in demand talent in the world, whilst building friendships for the brand along the way.
You will help in developing, nurturing and growing influencer relationships.

You’ll help keep databases and spreadsheets up to date and help support the Talent Team with all their tasks.
You will help to save all content and organise them in our drive. You must have a genuine interest in social media and influencer marketing with an ambition to be at the forefront of this exciting area of digital marketing.

Due to the global nature of our brand, you’ll have to have a flexible approach to your working hours.

This is a great apprentice opportunity for someone to grow within a very exciting global business. All training will be given and you'll learn so
many areas within Influencer Marketing with the opportunity to stay and develop within the business after successful completion of your

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Support the Talent team with all tasks
  • Monitor and track talent activity and ensure databases are kept up to date and that information is well documented and tracked.
  • Help to coordinate all reporting and presentations for the Talent Team
  • Coordinate all influencer content, saving all images and links onto the Drive
  • Constantly be on top of trends to help identify new and upcoming micro/macro influencers our brand to work with
  • Submit influencer orders and organise tracking
  • Act as product expert for new and future priority product launches, working with the product team
  • Help to manage partnerships with all talent, ensuring agreements are kept to monitoring postings
  • When required, create, nurture and sustain friendships with influencers globally

      Skills & Experience:

      • Strong knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms
      • Highly organised with good time management skills with the ability to prioritise projects and multitask
      • Strong communication skills
      • A people person with strong interpersonal skill
      • Independent but enjoy working in a team and have a flexible approach to working
      • Self-motivated and have an enthusiastic approach to work
      • Confident in using Excel and Word
      • Must have the right to work in the UK
