Hours: 40 hours per week

Most recently, seen on the likes of; Charlotte Tilbury, Dove Cameron, Meghan Trainor, Paloma Faith, Mel B, Lilly Ghalichi, Jessie J, Michelle Keegan and more.

Where the Global Sales & Client Care Advisor Fits:

You’ll be responsible for driving sales and offering the best client care in the world, building friendships for the brand along the way. Reporting to the Global Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our clients from helping with orders, assisting with exchanges and refunds to growing reviews for the brand. 

You will support with Sales & Client Care queries on all our brand channels such as email, phone, online chat and socials. 

In this role you will also support the coordination of client feedback to the Product & Design team. 

You must have a genuine interest in social media and influencer marketing with an ambition to be at the forefront of this exciting area of digital marketing

 Due to the global nature of our brand, you’ll have to have a flexible approach to your working hour times. 


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales for the brand. 
  • Support clients with placing orders, exchanges and returns. 
  • Increase AOV and increase return custom. 
  • Help save sales and reduce refunds. 
  • Build and grow relationships with all clients.
  • Act as product expert for new and future priority product launches, working with the product team. 
  • Liaise with the full marketing team to execute 360 marketing campaigns. 
  • Be an ambassador for the brand and play a part in being a  face of the brand to clients. 
  • Monitor and track all sales and return activity. 
  • Support with updating all key Sales & Client Care databases.

Skills & Experience  

  • Experience in a sales position. 
  • A people person with strong interpersonal skills. 
  • A polite manner and a client focussed approach to problem solving.
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills. 
  • Extremely strong communication skills, both written and verbally,  with the ability to build relationships and negotiate with ease. 
  • Independent but enjoy working in a team and have a flexible approach to working. 
  • Be results focused. 
  • Self-motivated and have an enthusiastic approach to work. 
  • Confident in using Excel and Word.
