Garment Technologist

Location: Manchester
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Salary:  £22,000 - £25,000

- 5+ years of Garment Tech experience.
- Ideally 2+ years of women’s occasion wear experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A strategic and commercial mind-set with the ability to forward plan and find creative solutions.
- The ability to manage multiple projects from concept to launch.
- Bachelor's (Required).

We are looking for an experienced Garment Technologist to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate, driven and hard-working. The successful candidate will work within the design team to support all elements in creating our collections.

You’ll get involved in all areas of product including production and development. The day-to-day can be fast-paced, so you’ll need great time-management skills and focus. We’re very proactive and creative and love to bring ideas to life in weeks rather than months.

The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for keeping an accurate and up to date spec library. You will create technical measurement specifications and maintain the grading and sizing rules for each garment type for our factories to follow. You will manage the QC process and support the team to ensure that production is always of high quality and that standards are met throughout production.
