To find your MERABI fit, we would require your bust, underbust, waist, hip and height measurements.

We want to make your MERABI feel like our items were made just for you so don’t worry about altering your item. We ensure that this style is made with a longer length so you can customise it to your desired height and heel height if necessary.

Your MERABI can easily be altered in length by a local seamstress and will not affect the desired look, fabric or design. 

We are consciously working on reducing our carbon footprint, and this is something that you can do too.
Together, by reducing the number of shipments we send out, we can make a huge difference on the carbon emissions that we put out into the world.
Please consider whether you need to order both sizes. If you do - then, of course, that is totally fine.
We just ask for you to think about the unnecessary impact this can have on the world if you need some sizing advice.

We hope you love your MERABI, however should you need to return your item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in an unworn and resalable condition, with all tags intact.

To request a refund please visit the Returns Manager. Kindly note, all return postage and fees, including any duty and taxes (if applicable), are the responsibility of the customer. Please note, you will receive the cost of the garment, minus the cost of delivery back.

No, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color or style we recommend returning the original item for a refund and buying the new item.

Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase.

Please refer to the care instructions found within the description of each product on our website. Your care instructions on your garment will also be on the care tag.

Due to the nature of our garments please be careful with sequin and hand-embellished items.
These are delicately made so please be mindful of jewellery when worn.
