Creative Coordinator

Location: Manchester
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Salary:  £22,000 - £25,000

Skills Required:
- An eye for design and attention to detail.
- Strong photoshop skills.
- Excellent communication skills and high proficiency in written English.

Designed out of necessity, Nadine, who was sick of never finding anything remarkable to wear, took matters into her own hands and taught herself to sew. The brand was born. We are looking for a Creative Coordinator to join our team who loves women’s fashion and understands the MERABI girl. 

We’re looking for bright ideas that will grab the attention of our clients and someone who is passionate, driven and hard-working.  We are looking for someone to be the guardian of the brand across all touch points, ensuring we are delivering a consistent experience.

The day-to-day can be fast-paced, so you’ll need great time-management skills and focus. We’re very proactive and creative and love to bring ideas to life in weeks rather than months. 

You’ll be responsible for increasing brand awareness by creating all our content and scheduling these on our website and social channels and then analysing their success. Working closely with the Creative Director and Head of eCom and Marketing, you’ll play an important role in sharing our brand with the world.

The successful candidate for this role will work closely with the Creative Director to create and develop creative content briefs. You will create brand content assets including brand guidelines, developing our brand TOV and all copy for the brand. You will also create the content for everything in the Marketing Calendar, including; Social channels, email marketing, adverts and website content such as blogs and banner imagery. You will manage the day to day running of all social channels, including but not limited to posting, engaging, researching and reporting to proactively maximise reach, engagement and growth.
