THE PERFECT WEDDING DRESS

THE DRESS IS MORE BEAUTIFUL THAN IT APPEARS IN PHOTOS, THE FABRICS AND FEATHERS ARE VERY HIGH QUALITY, WE HAD A LITTLE FAILURE IN THE ORDER AND THE SALES TEAM CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY AND CORRECTED THIS FAIL.

I WAS FASCINATED WITH THE SERVICE AND MY PURCHASE I WILL DEFINITELY BUY HERE AGAIN :)

Hi Kraja,

I am sorry to read your 1 * review.

Your package is stuck in customs due to the 5106 form needing to be filled out, we do state on our website that if your order is over $800 US dollars, customs will require this. The form was never filled out which is why FedEx has been unable to deliver. This is a US customs law and has nothing to do with our company.

I have emailed FedEx and requested them to return the package to us since this has not been completed by yourself, once received back, we will of course ensure you are refunded.
