Zipper broke and I needed to be cut out of the dress

When I got the dress and tried it on, the zipper broke immediately. I tried everything to get out without damaging it, but the zipper had opened under the tab and I had to make a very embarrassing trip to the tailor to get them to cut me out of it. The dress was close fitting but definitely not too tight. It could be easily held closed with fingers or a clip without forcing it, but between the weight of the dress and the beading/sequins going right up to the seams made it hard to work the zipper easily.

I’m having the tailor install a stronger zipper in the hopes that will work. I’d really like to wear this as my 2nd look for my wedding

Beautiful dress

Very beautiful dress. Stunning but very heavy too. Before ordering I checked with customer service to which size I should order. I asked her twice. When I received my dress it was so little around the chest. I emailed again customer service and asked them why they suggest a size which was almost 2 size smaller than me she just answered that the dress is not stretched. But she got my measurements and that was why I emailed them. So I had to return the dress and pay for delivery & return fee even it was not my fault. Very pity cuz the dress was very beautiful. I give 5 star for dress but 2 stars for advice for experience from customer service

Phenomenal

This dress is absolutely phenomenal, it’s exactly what you think it will be. I got it for a milestone birthday party and could not be happier, all the girls were in love also. It might feel heavy once out of the box, but totally fine on, the beading is just stunning!

I also love the double sizing as always in between AUS 8-10 (D cup). Size S/M was perfect for me.

There were some issues with customs on arrival and the team was so so helpful, great customer service!
