We invited 17 incredibly inspiring women to join us for the very first MERABI dinner in London. Not only were all of these women inspiring, but they were also encouraging, hard-working, aspirational and determined to have a positive impact on helping other women succeed in a world where many want women to fail.
We shared our stories, discussed our struggles and celebrated our wins. I looked around the room and felt in awe of every one of the beautiful women sitting around me. Being surrounded by like-minded women who are just like me, who take risks, dream big and chase their dreams was beautiful.
After the dinner, it was important for Nadine to express the ethos NADINE MERABI aims to pass on, and share gratitude towards those who made it possible. Nadine said:
“The aim is to empower, celebrate and lift each other up in a world where there is way too much hate, jealousy and shaming. It’s not always easy and there have been some really hard times. But as they say, what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.
“Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all of the amazing women that attended our dinner and to everyone who helped make it happen.”
